What sizes are available?

We offer Wheelie bins (240L, 660L) for regular waste and RORO bins (4×6×12, 5×6×12) for construction and renovation projects.

How long can I keep the bin?

Standard rental includes 7 days. Extensions are available at a daily rate - just contact us before your pickup date.

What's included in my rental?

Free delivery and pickup, 7-day rental period, and a weight allowance that varies by bin size. All prices include SST.

Can I move the bin after delivery?

For safety reasons, do not move bins yourself. Contact us and our team will relocate it if needed.

Do you provide waste collection service or just bin rental?

We provide a complete waste collection service, not just bin rental. We deliver the bin to your location, you fill it with your waste, and we collect and dispose of it at licensed facilities. It's a full end-to-end service—you don't need to arrange disposal yourself.

What is a waste audit?

A comprehensive assessment of your waste streams, volumes, and disposal methods to identify cost savings and compliance improvements.

What compliance documentation do you provide?

We provide three key compliance documents: (1) Waste Contractor License from SWCorp, Majlis Perbandaran, or your Local Council, (2) Waste collection proof for every pickup, and (3) Tipping Receipt from the landfill as verification of proper disposal.

Can you handle multiple waste types?

Yes, we manage general waste, recyclables, organic waste, and scheduled waste with proper sorting and disposal methods.

Do you offer emergency collections?

Enterprise customers have priority access to emergency collection services with guaranteed response times.

Do you provide Collection Service Record / Delivery Order (DO)?

Do we need to change our existing vendors?

Normal wear is expected. Significant damage or loss will be charged at replacement cost, which we'll discuss before billing.

Regular service customers receive consolidated monthly invoices with detailed service records and can pay via bank transfer or online.

Approved business accounts can access 30-day payment terms after credit assessment and contract signing.
