    Tonnes landfilled and recycled, by material. It follows GRI’s split: generated, diverted from disposal, sent to disposal.

    Is my recycling rate moving the right way?

    The share of everything collected that was recycled, by month. The sum is shown, so you can check it.

Carbon figures are estimates: Scope 3, Category 5 under the GHG Protocol. They use the UK Government GHG Conversion Factors for Company Reporting (2026 edition). That is 0.5206 tCO2e per tonne of commercial waste landfilled, and 0.0047 per tonne recycled. If your auditor prefers another factor, the sum still checks with the same tonnage.

Tonnage, recycling and on-time figures come from a GarGeon report for a retail mall client. The report covers Q2 2026 and is published with the client’s permission. Carbon figures are estimated from that tonnage using published conversion factors.
