Each promise comes with a real customer record
Running several vendors costs you in three ways. You pay several margins instead of one. You give away recyclable value you never measured. And you carry the compliance risk for every vendor you cannot see.
So we make three promises. Each one has a record you can open.

There are two ways to work with GarGeon
You do not have to change collectors to start.
Software only. You keep the collectors you use today. GarGeon Connect puts their pickups on one dashboard, and you get one report across every site. If you want less chasing, our team can run the day-to-day with them too: schedules and follow-ups.
Software plus collection. We run the collection as well, through licensed collectors across KL, Selangor & Johor. You get one contract, one invoice and one named account manager.
Pick the first if you are mid-contract, or happy with your collectors. Pick the second if you want one partner to answer for everything. You can also start with the first and move sites across as each contract ends. With many sites, we begin at the ones with the most waste and add the rest in waves.

The work starts with a free waste audit
Before anything is signed, we map what your site throws away, one waste type at a time. The audit is free and takes about a week. It shows you where the money and the risk sit.
Then the routine begins. General waste is collected on a schedule. Every pickup is logged in GarGeon Connect with a photo, a timestamp and the weight. Each scheduled pickup is checked against the one that was logged, so a missed pickup shows in the record.
Those records become your reports. When an auditor, a landlord or your board asks for figures, they are already there. For sustainability (ESG) reporting, the waste data is exported in a form you can use in GRI, SASB or TCFD reports.
Scheduled waste is the hazardous kind, such as used oil and solvents. The Department of Environment (DOE) regulates it. We do not collect or treat scheduled waste: where a site has it, a DOE-licensed contractor takes it, and we keep its records with the rest.
We are honest about where your waste goes
We do not claim everything is recycled. Recyclables go to recyclers. General waste still goes to landfill, with a record for every load.
Your report puts numbers on both. It gives the tonnes sent to landfill, the tonnes recycled, and how many pickups came on the promised day.
The mall report in the table above shows what this looks like. Its recycling rate fell every month, from 6.7% in April to 3.2% in June. The report said so, and it told the client what to check.
It shows the good months too. On-time pickups rose from 81.0% in April to 95.3% in June, when 41 of 43 arrived on the promised day. The report is published with the client's permission.
We are just as plain about who does the work. Licensed collectors do the collecting, and recyclers take the recyclables. GarGeon owns no trucks and no recycling plant, and it does not hold a collection licence. Our job is the plan, the checks and the record.
What we promise is that every tonne is collected and counted. You can answer for all of it when someone asks.
Nothing changes for existing customers unless you ask
