On a build this size, the site has to hit tight deadlines and the waste-management standards that Green Building Index (GBI) certification demands. So the waste behind the work had to be just as accountable as the work itself.

A sprawling vendor network
Disposal at this scale needed a large vendor network, which turned into complex multi-vendor management for the site team.
High volumes tracked on paper
The site generated enough waste for 50+ collection trips. Every one was logged by hand on paper chits, so tickets went missing or got lost.
No data for GBI
Existing vendors gave back no usable data, leaving the team without the numbers to support sustainability tracking or GBI reporting.
