Too many vendors to manage
Waste at this scale needed many vendors. Managing them all was complex work for the site team.
High volumes tracked on paper
The site needed 50+ collection trips, each logged by hand on paper chits. Tickets went missing.
No data for GBI
Vendors gave back no usable data. The team had no numbers for sustainability tracking or GBI reports.
